In one lineSeedVideo is an independent video studio with text, image and reference inputs; verify the selected version because its Seedance 3.0 marketing and 2.0 pricing differ.

SeedVideo is an independent third-party studio for prompt- and reference-led video generation. The site explicitly says it is not affiliated with ByteDance. It advertises Seedance workflows and supporting image tools, but the captured pages mix Seedance 3.0 marketing with Seedance 2.0 settings and pricing. Confirm the selected model in the workbench before assuming a version or capability is available.

Tell each reference what to guide

The advertised workflow combines text with images, video and audio references. Its instructions suggest tagging references with @ in the prompt and identifying what they should control, such as character appearance, camera movement or rhythm. Clear reference roles make a trial easier to judge than a broad request for a cinematic result.

The site also advertises extension and targeted editing of existing clips. These are vendor descriptions, not independently demonstrated guarantees of continuity or character consistency. Inspect transitions, faces and readable text in the exported result. Use reference assets you have rights to upload and adapt.

Supporting image tools include prompt editing, background changes and upscaling. They can help prepare a reference frame, but enlarging it does not establish that generated detail remains faithful to the original.

Verify the version and resolution together

A specific homepage section describes Seedance 2.0 durations of four through fifteen seconds. It says Standard supports 480p, 720p, 1080p and 4K, while Fast supports 480p and 720p. Those stated settings concern 2.0; they should not be transferred to every model named elsewhere on the site.

The same page repeatedly promises Seedance 3.0 generation and uses 2.0 examples and pricing explanations. The source does not resolve which version a given subscription unlocks. Ask the service to confirm the actual model and available settings if those determine your purchase. Its statement about using official APIs is also the studio's claim, not proof of developer affiliation.

Understand the credit account

The pricing page says monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Subscription credits roll over and accumulate rather than resetting; one-time credit-pack balances are described as non-expiring. Costs depend on the model and appear before generation.

The captured free tier lists ten monthly credits, ten trial credits and selected low-cost image models. It does not establish free access to every video model. Nor does the capture show the paid-plan prices, so confirm the current allowance and checkout total.

The workbench displays a content policy that prohibits sexual or adult material and warns of termination without refund for violations. Review the complete terms and commercial-use conditions before uploading references or using outputs in a client campaign. A short, non-sensitive test can establish whether the selected input mode and export meet your requirements before recurring billing begins.
