Flutch
Flutch offers sales automation around incoming business enquiries. Its current site describes four stages: capture, qualification, recovery of quiet leads and reminders to past customers. The intended handoff is to a sales team with the conversation attached, rather than an undocumented promise that an agent can close every deal alone.
Configure the conversation and handoff
The listed channels are a website, Instagram, WhatsApp and email. Flutch says contact details and transcripts can flow to CRM systems including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Jobber, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, Zoho and Salesforce.
Qualification checks can cover need, fit, budget and timing. Answers are grounded in a business's services, pricing, FAQs and policies. When a question goes beyond those materials, the described behavior is to collect contact details and hand the conversation to staff.
A business can begin with capture and qualification, then add scheduled follow-ups or repeat-order reminders. Review the supplied business information, escalation rules and reminders before enabling them. The example roofing conversation is an illustration, not a verified quotation workflow or measured customer outcome.
Understand what triggers a charge
The pricing page defines a lead as a person who shares a name and phone number or email in a conversation. Questions without contact details are included. Packages remain on the balance until used, and the publisher offers the first five leads free.
A paid order through a Flutch-sent payment link or checkout instead attracts a commission of 10% of the paid amount. That sale replaces the lead charge, returning the lead to the package. The FAQ defines repeat-contact billing as one person in one channel, so do not assume cross-channel identity deduplication without checking.
Setup and support are separate paid services. The homepage's claim that an agent can initially build from a URL in minutes should not be confused with its stated 7–10-business-day launch on real leads.
Keep the developer offering separate
Flutch also publishes a TypeScript SDK and agent-runtime documentation. The SDK page describes LangGraph microservices with REST endpoints, streaming, metrics, graph versioning and interactive callbacks.
These developer tools are a distinct implementation route, not proof that buying lead credits includes all managed infrastructure or support. No account connection, installation, message delivery or sales result was tested for this listing.
