TinyHumans
TinyHumans presents three agent products: OpenHuman, OpenCompany and Medulla. Its homepage describes OpenHuman as personal AI on your own machine with private memory and workflows. OpenCompany coordinates a team of specialist agents, while Medulla displays agents such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode across local and connected machines.
Separate software access from model usage
The pricing page says OpenCompany and the Medulla SDK and terminal are GPL-3.0 software that users can run free. Hosted orchestration and model access through a TinyHumans key use credits. Free software access therefore does not imply free hosted inference.
TinyHumans also says OpenCompany and Medulla can use inference providers you already pay for. Those calls are billed by the provider rather than TinyHumans. Determine which route each agent uses before comparing costs: a balance in the TinyHumans dashboard will not account for every charge from an external provider.
The homepage's personal-memory description is not a complete data-handling specification. Before connecting files or accounts, review the documentation for the particular product and the models you intend to use. Running a client on your laptop does not by itself establish that every request stays on that laptop.
Match the allowance to the organization
Basic is listed at $20 per month or $200 per year, with $21 of monthly credits. It includes one OpenCompany company with up to three users, unlimited Medulla hosts, agents and workflows, and 1GB of storage. Those unlimited counts concern software organization; calls still consume usage credits.
Pro is $200 per month or $2,000 per year, with $210 of monthly credits, five companies, unlimited users and 100GB of storage. Enterprise lists custom usage, on-premise deployment, SSO/SAML and dedicated onboarding. The capture does not provide enterprise pricing or a compliance certification.
A credit represents one dollar of metered usage. Compare a representative set of tasks before assuming how long a balance will last, since model calls and orchestration depend on the work performed.
Plan for balance depletion and cancellation
Pay-as-you-go top-ups start at $5 and use the same per-call rates as plan credits. TinyHumans says companies pause and notify you when the balance runs out; auto-recharge can replenish the balance. Set a budget and confirm the recharge controls before enabling unattended work.
The published terms say subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable, including unused credits and partial periods. Cancellation stops future subscription charges while access continues through the paid period. Begin with a bounded task and inspect the usage record before adding several companies or unattended agents.
