SynthBoard.ai
SynthBoard is an AI discussion workspace for decisions you expect to revisit. You bring business context, consult a named persona, and keep the recommendation alongside its assumptions and dissent. The product describes 24 expert roles using models from four labs. Those roles are simulated perspectives, not evidence that a human financial controller or board member has examined your company.
Review the context before asking for a decision
The homepage accepts a site, pasted material, a deck or a voice note. Its site-reading example stays on public pages of the same site and excludes content behind a login. You can dismiss, edit or keep the extracted facts before using them in a consultation. That review step matters if your pricing page has changed or an old pitch deck contains a number you no longer use.
The hiring-freeze demonstration makes the dependency explicit: its pipeline figure is a working number from March, not live data. The example offers a connection, a pasted replacement or permission to continue with the old figure. Treat a decision memo built from provisional inputs as provisional too; a confident persona does not make the inputs current.
Return to an existing call
SynthBoard organizes Home around open problems. You can return to the same consultation, retain a standing call and reopen it when circumstances change. A larger board discussion adds perspectives while preserving the sharpest dissent in one memo. That could help a founder remember why a decision was made instead of rebuilding the argument from scattered chat histories.
The distinction between a recommendation and an approved company decision still belongs to your team. Keep the source numbers and the condition that would change the recommendation visible when sharing the memo. The product demonstration illustrates that format; it is not a measured outcome from a customer deployment.
Budget sessions and reconcile delivery events
The captured pricing page offers 150 monthly credits plus 250 initial credits without a card. It lists consultations at roughly 5–40 credits and full-board discussions at 55–150 credits. The free plan permits up to four board seats and 20 open sessions with standard models; paid tier prices were not visible in this capture.
For integrations, the webhook documentation distinguishes current subscriptions from a deprecated per-key system. Current subscriptions use timestamped HMAC signatures and support completion, failure and follow-up events. Failed deliveries retry up to four times, and ten consecutive failures pause a subscription. A receiver should verify signatures and handle repeated delivery IDs. Delivery success confirms that your endpoint accepted an event, not that the recommendation itself was correct.
