Those optional customization features need a technical review even though the basic builder is presented as requiring no code.
Check channel support and reporting
The pricing page lists Facebook, WhatsApp through named providers, Telegram, LINE, and Viber channels, alongside native live chat. It describes interaction reports, downloadable results, and notifications delivered for each interaction or in daily, weekly, or monthly summaries.
Some integration descriptions reference older product names or model versions. Confirm the current support and setup requirements for your intended channel rather than relying on a name in the feature list alone. Plan for traffic beyond the allowance
The free plan lists five hundred chats per month. The Business menu starts at one thousand chats for 13 euros per month and offers higher tiers through unlimited chats at 143 euros per month. Agency starts at 499 euros per month and advertises unlimited chats and additional options for serving clients.
The page says a free bot switches to branding information after its allowance is exceeded, while a paid bot stops working if it exceeds its monthly package. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Confirm the exact selected limit and billing terms before relying on the bot for customer enquiries.
Quriobot says it stores data on servers in the European Union. That publisher statement does not define all retention settings or the data handling of each connected service, so review those requirements for your deployment.
