PicTextRemover
PicTextRemover removes text from still images in a browser. You upload a picture and can brush over unwanted lettering when you need a more precise selection. The publisher presents it for cleaning captions, labels, posters, and slide images without using Photoshop.
Select the area that needs cleanup
The upload control accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Start with a copy of the original so you can compare the result without losing the unedited image. A screenshot containing several text blocks needs a different selection from a product photo with a single outdated label.
The homepage makes a brush mask optional. Use it when the task needs to distinguish lettering you want removed from nearby words you need to preserve. Check the selected area before running the job, then compare edges and surrounding detail after processing.
A cleaned patch can look plausible while replacing information that was hidden behind the lettering. Inspect patterned surfaces and important product features before using the output as an accurate depiction. If the image records instructions, specifications, or evidence, keep the original available rather than letting the edited copy stand in for it.
Check the download before publishing
The service advertises free use, HD downloads, and no watermark. These are publisher statements about the workflow, not a guarantee that every edit preserves the scene perfectly. Review the image at the size it will appear in your design, including the area around the removed words.
Only change material you own or have permission to edit. Removing a label or mark does not grant rights to republish another creator's photograph. For a client asset, confirm that the revised image still communicates the intended product information and does not conceal a qualification that readers need.
Read the annual charge behind the monthly label
The pricing page offers monthly, yearly, and pay-as-you-go choices. Its displayed yearly Lite offer is $8 per month with $96 billed yearly, supplying 140 monthly credits and up to seventy images. Pro shows $14 with $168 yearly and 280 monthly credits; Max shows $30 with $360 yearly and 700 credits.
Those image counts are upper allowances, not a measured promise for every type of job. Confirm the task's credit cost and selected billing term before buying. The overview does not give a full retention schedule or the answers to every cancellation FAQ, so check the current terms before uploading private images or subscribing for occasional use.
