MeetAssist supplies suggested answers during video and coding interviews. You can give it your CV, a job description, and prepared material so its responses draw on the role and your experience. Its official product page describes a Windows or macOS desktop app, a Chrome extension, and a paired phone companion.
Personalize the answer material
MeetAssist accepts a CV, job description, and custom prompts. You can also add behavioral stories, prepared answers, and talking points to a knowledge base. That gives the assistant reference material for responding to detected questions, rather than relying solely on the live conversation.
Answer formatting is adjustable: the page offers short keywords, key points, or full text, with a separate control for response depth. The publisher advertises 41 languages and permits changing the transcription and response language. These are product specifications, not measurements of answer accuracy.
Choose the capture and viewing method
The Chrome extension captures meeting-tab audio, while the desktop app captures system audio. The page also describes microphone capture so the assistant can hear both sides of the conversation. Listed platforms include Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, HackerRank, and LeetCode.
Phone Mode uses a QR code to pair a phone for reading responses and triggering screenshots or analysis. The publisher's screen-sharing and recording invisibility claims concern the desktop app; the extension is explicitly labeled visible on screen share. That distinction matters when choosing which installation to use. We have not independently verified the invisibility claims.
Minutes and access
The free trial offers 20 minutes of live help per day without a card. The captured page lists one-time purchases of $9 for 180 minutes that do not expire, $19 for unlimited use over seven days, and $29 for unlimited use over 30 days. It says purchases do not renew automatically and work across the desktop app, extension, and mobile companion.
Limits of live suggestions
MeetAssist does not promise to answer every question. Its FAQ describes detecting technical and behavioral questions and offering hints or full suggestions when appropriate. Review suggestions for correctness and fit with your actual experience. Before using assistance in an assessment, check the organizer's rules and disclosure requirements; a hidden interface does not establish that its use is permitted.
